What Happens During the Kickoff Webinar?

The Kickoff Webinar is a live online conference where we’ll show you how to get the most out of the First web and mobile apps. We’ll help you take the finishing steps to set up your account and be sure to answer any questions along the way.

The Kickoff is informational and interactive, helping you find the best opportunities in your network.

We’ll focus on two main actions:
-Creating Audiences
-Adding people to your Appointments Queue

What Happens After the Webinar?

After the Kickoff Webinar you’ll get in invitation to schedule a 1:1 Coaching Call with your dedicated Customer Success Manager, along with a link to fill out the Appointment Preferences Form. This short survey allows us to collect the information we need to set personalized Appointments for your preferences.

What Happens during the Coaching Call?

Your 1:1 Coaching Call is your opportunity to ask questions and get specific, personal advice on how to best utilize First to grow your business. We are happy to share best practices gleaned from working with hundreds of top agents across the US.

By the end of this call, you will be comfortable using the web and mobile platforms and will be ready for your first Appointment! If you elect to use First without Appointments, we will help you put a personalized outreach plan in place.

What Happens when I use the Appointments Service?

When you add a contact to your Appointments queue, you are given a chance to provide some details on how you know the person, or anything specific you would like us to mention on the call. Referencing these notes, and your Appointments Preferences as given in the earlier survey, our Appointments Team will begin reaching out to schedule meetings or phone calls on your behalf.

We understand how important your relationships are, and that’s why we strive to offer the highest level of concierge style service possible. Our Appointment Team is made of experienced, in-house sales professionals who will provide a polished, professional representation of your business. No awkward scripts here. We are happy to personalize our outreach to match the needs of the situation.

If our team books an Appointment, discovers an urgent need, or some other timely information about people in your network, you will be notified immediately so you can follow up appropriately. Otherwise, you’ll receive a weekly report with notes about our outreach efforts and each connection made.

What If No One Wants to Meet With Me?

If we are having a very low success rate in setting Appointments for you, it’s probably because we don’t have the right kind of people in the queue.

You’ll be best served by filling your Appointment queue with people who you have had some level of connection, or at least recognition, with in the recent past. Total strangers don’t respond that well to a coffee date invitation. However, if it’s someone you’ve emailed with back-and-forth recently, or a past client you fell out of touch with, or that guy you played rec soccer with 3 years ago, they seem to respond really well! We’ll handle any awkward intros over the phone or email, so you can show up with a warm connection in place.

While you may not be in the habit of meeting with past clients, you shouldn’t underestimate the power of an in-person meeting to make a lasting impression. One coffee date is worth 1,000 emails. The National Association of Realtors reports that only 20% of past clients remember their agent. Stand out from the noise and invest in your 1:1 relationships.
