Seller Stars
Seller Stars simply show how likely a contact is to sell their home in the next 12 months. The scale ranges from 1 to 3-Stars. The more Stars a contact has, the more likely they are to sell in the next year.
Next Steps
After engaging with a contact, set a Next Step for follow up. You’ll receive timely reminders to stay on top of what’s due. Easily create, edit, complete, or delete tasks directly within this page.
Addresses
First has added many addresses to your contacts, all of which are viewable from this page. The import source will show whether it came from your phone, email, CSV, or was added by First. Don’t see an address listed? No problem, simply click the “Add Property” button.
Property Verification
Manage property data by selecting whether the contact owns, rents, or has another association to the properties shown. Once selected, you can always make a change by selecting “Update.”
