Exporting Contacts From Your Top Producer Account
- Hover over Contacts and Click Search for Contacts option
- If you would like to export all contacts, click the search tab at the bottom of the page without entering any search criteria
- From here, you can select all contacts and choose export contacts at the bottom of the page. A window pops up.
- Choose option for selected contacts or all contacts
- Export contacts to CSV
- If you want emails included, select Email List
- Click the Export option to begin. Time will depend on how much info is being exported
- Save the file to your PC
