How to Use First When You Are Really, Really Busy

If you are reading this, we know you are busy. 


We also know you probably signed up for First because you are busy.


Our goal is not to make you less busy (let’s be honest, bored is worse than busy), our goal is to help you prioritize the time you do have and manage the relationships that drive your business. 

By focusing your outreach efforts on people who are more likely than average to sell, you will increase the ROI of your time. 


So, in the spirit of listing season, here are 3 ways to make the most of your First account (even if you have to do it while sitting on the toilet). 🚽


Review your Highest Seller Scores on the Network tab.

You don’t have to go through all of them at once, even if you only have time to swipe through 5, you can pick up where you left off next time.


Review This Month’s Rising Seller Scores

If you are only going to pay attention to one notification, let it be this one. This is the best way to stay on top of the potential in your network.


Set a minimum of 5 Next Steps a week

Even if you are too busy for a phone call, you can use Next Steps to set reminders for future follow up with your Likely Sellers to move the ball forward.
