It has been a joy to work with agents across the country over the past four years. Learning from our customers, we have built a solution that has led to hundreds of additional listings won and millions of dollars in transactions captured by agents across the country.

What is being announced?

First will remain based in Durham and continue to build out the First platform. What does this acquisition mean for current First customers?
All current customers can continue to use the First application without interruption. They will receive score and product updates through the end of their current contract. There should be no change to that experience. Customer support will continue uninterrupted.
What will happen to my data?
First has always considered each client’s data to be owned solely by the client, and that will continue to be the case. No other users or parties will have access to your contacts, scores or other personal data. First will never share your data without your consent. Our Privacy Policy, protecting customer data, remains in full effect and can be found here.
Will RE/MAX see my contacts?
No. We have never sold, shared or given customer data to any other companies, and we will not share your data with anyone – including anyone at RE/MAX – without your permission. Your data will remain secure and PRIVATE on First servers until you request its removal.
Will First continue to support the product for current customers?
Absolutely. Customer support will remain available to all customers, ensuring a successful experience. First will also continue to maintain the product, including bug fixes and data errors.
How do I export my contacts?
Current customers on a quarterly or annual subscription can continue to export their contacts from the app. Go to the “Account” page, and under “Settings” tap the “Export Contact CSV” link. Your entire contact database will be emailed to you as a CSV file, including augmented contact details and Seller Scores.
Can I still sign up for First?
In terms of new customers, going forward, First will be available only to RE/MAX agents. We will no longer accept new subscriptions from agents at other brands. RE/MAX agents can sign up to be notified when First is available in their RE/MAX region by entering their email in the form at the top of this page.
Will RE/MAX agents get access to First?
Yes. Joining forces with the world’s premier real estate network will enable us to deliver the many advantages of First to a greater number of RE/MAX agents.
When will First be available to RE/MAX agents?
We will be rolling out a more integrated solution for all RE/MAX agents in early 2020, and signups will begin soon. If you would like to be the first to know when signups are available in your RE/MAX region, enter your email in the form at the top of this page.
